La Résidence Phou Vao is a strong supporter of sustainable tourism in Laos. Through our continued commitment to local charities and the environment we strive to give back to the community.

Here are some examples of the projects we have been involved in:

• We donate books and pencils on a regular basis to the local orphanage where children often lack sufficient supplies.
• Every Thursday the staff gather brooms and brushes and set out to collect trash to help keep Luang Prabang clean.
