How can I customise my stay?

If you do not already have a booking with us you may book online.  Once you have confirmed your reservation you will be presented with 'Arrival Options' which can then be added to your booking.  More details of each of the options available can be found in this section of the website.


If I have already made a reservation, how can I add an Arrival Option to my booking?

If you already have a booking with us and you would like to add a special request to enhance your stay please contact us with your booking reference and the dates of your stay and we will do everything we can to assist.   


What should I do if I have a request which is not detailed in the Arrival Options list?

If you do not have a booking with us, you may book online.  Once you have confirmed your booking, please add the details of your additional requests in the space provided on the 'Arrival Options' page, which is the final step in the booking sequence. 

We will aim to accommodate requests for options outside of our arrival options menu to the best of our ability.  We will contact you directly to confirm if we are able to fulfil your request.


How will my Arrival Options be confirmed?

Once we have received your reservation and your additional options request we will check availability of each arrival option you have chosen and confirm by e-mail if we are able to fulfil your request.


When will I be charged for my Arrival Options?

Any arrival options that have been confirmed by e-mail will be charged when you check out at the end of your stay.  Payment will not be taken until this time.
