Come and join the fun at our restaurants outdoor terrace and learn the secret techniques of preparing exotic Lao food with our experienced Chefs. They will guide you through a step by step process of cooking a delicious traditional three course Lao meal.

You will first be presented with the different ingredients and seasonings; then, because it is a hands on affair you will cook the dish alongside the chef and in direct contact with ladles, pans and woks.

Finally, you will have the chance to enjoy the food freshly prepared and displayed upon a table in our restaurant.
