We have great pleasure in extending a warm welcome to Chef Gilles Galli to the La Residence Phou Vao's kitchens.
Chef Galli began his career with famous grands chefs including Jacques Maximin at the Négresco Hôtel, restaurant Chantecler (2 Michelin stars), Louis Outhier and Stéphane Raimbault at Oasis (2 Michelin stars), Jean-François Issautier, Restaurant Auberge de la belle route (2 Michelin stars) and also Jo Rostang restaurant la Bonne Auberge (2 Michelin stars).
Before joining La Residence Phou Vao Chef Galli worked as Executive Chef in the Choupana Hills Resort & Spa in Madeira, Portugal.
Today, he is also very inspired by the evolutionary cuisine of his friend Marc Veyrat.
